Arlene Harris is the Director of Donor Process for Mercy Ships. In this capacity, Arlene maintains multi-faceted donor relations, call center management related to both inbound and outbound campaigns, oversees all database functionality, donor profiling, moves management processes, and the recently launched Mercy Ships Face to Face efforts. Arlene has been with Mercy Ships for five years and brings a background in real estate and accounting to her current role of developing efficient processes around Mercy Ships increasingly complex fundraising program. Arlene’s favorite part of her job is tackling the unique challenges that arise and learning from them. She currently lives in Van, Texas with her daughter, who is pursuing a nursing degree. In Arlene’s free time she enjoys trying new recipes, working with DIY projects, and traveling.
