Mr. Hayman joined Dell in 2006. In the past 7-years, Steve has been a team lead in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team within North America Commercial. His roles have ranged from managing the implementation of a commercial marketing database with a 3rd party vendor, created roles and responsibilities for marketing campaign execution, and created innovative contact touch strategies to drive customer re-engagement and segmentation strategies to get the right messages to the right customers at the right time. Steve started his Dell career with Dell Financial Services responsible for database marketing implementation, marketing analytics, and reporting for Consumer, Small and Medium Commercial Business customers.
Steve has almost 30 years of direct response marketing experience. This includes building and implementing statistical targeting models, building marketing databases, managing list purchase and list brokerage relationships, buying targeted lists, and most recently implementation of an omni-channel contact strategy that ranges from email marketing, media, direct mail marketing, outbound telemarketing and lead generation.
