Linda Henry has over 16 years of experience as a corporate and commercial contracting attorney, managing a wide range of commercial transactions with emphasis on technology. She has drafted and negotiated numerous types of agreements, including software licensing and service agreements; vendor, supplier, and customer agreements; reseller agreements; marketplace as a service agreements; subscription agreements; and a wide range of cloud services agreements. Ms. Henry previously served as senior counsel with Premiere Global Services, a publicly traded global provider of conferencing, technology, and collaboration services. She also practiced with Sherman & Sterling, in New York; Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in Washington D.C.; and with the Atlanta offices of McGuire Woods. Ms. Henry received her undergraduate degree from Furman University and graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law.
