Melanie Heroux is the executive director of strategic marketing and client intelligence at DTCC, where she’s responsible for leading the firm’s client intelligence, marketing analytics, marketing technology strategy, and go-to-market center of excellence.
Previously at DTCC, Ms. Heroux served as the executive director of solutions marketing and market research, overseeing product marketing and learning for DTCC’s solutions businesses, including institutional trade processing (ITP), repository and derivatives services (RDS), and data services. Before joining DTCC, she held positions in sales planning, global brand strategy, product marketing, market research, strategic pricing, and sales and marketing operations at Omgeo LLC.
Ms. Heroux received her M.B.A. from Boston University and her B.S./B.A. in finance from Suffolk University.
