Tiffanie Hiibner serves as chief client officer for The Shipyard, where she is charged with cultivating strategic relationships with all clients to develop insights, strategies and solutions for integrated marketing success. A respected and enthusiastic leader, Ms. Hiibner has proven abilities to develop, grow and implement strategic plans, and she has extensive experience in all aspects of marketing, from brand to product to campaign development and activation. She brings a unique ability to integrate data and strategy to guide and enable overarching client goals. Previously, Tiffanie was SVP, marketing services at Nationwide. She led the in-house agency and managed all external agency relationships. Previous roles within Nationwide included leading brand and marketing strategy for various business lines. Over the span of her 20-plus-year career, Ms. Hiibner held various leadership positions at top-tier marketing agencies such The Integer Group, 141 Worldwide and Draft Worldwide. She has an extensive history developing profitable, innovative and integrated marketing, advertising and sales promotion strategies for direct response, digital, radio, television, print, retail, event and shopper marketing campaigns. Ms. Hiibner graduated from Syracuse University, and she resides in Powell, Ohio with her husband and daughter. Tiffanie also serves on the board of directors for the Huckleberry House in Columbus, Ohio.
