Paul is the Vice President of Global Marketing for Cargill with responsibility for managing the Cargill global brand, digital communications, and the marketing capability. Previously at Cargill, Paul was the Global Innovation Growth Leader for Cargill’s Food businesses. Paul held the position of President of the Cargill Food Systems Business Unit from 2002 to 2008; and was Vice President of Marketing for Cargill’s Food Ingredient and Systems Businesses from 2004 to 2008. He joined Cargill in 2001, as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Food System Design businesses. Paul was named a top CMO in 2015, by the CMO Club. He was also named by the World Marketing Congress as one of the 100 Most Talented Global Marketing Leaders in 2014 and, again in 2016. Paul sits on the Marketing Advisory Boards for the University of Chicago Booth Business School and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business. Prior to joining Cargill, Paul spent 15 years at Procter and Gamble. At P&G, Paul held positions in sales, sales management, brand management and general management.
