Ann Hirsch is associate general counsel for marketing and innovation at Pernod Ricard USA, where she’s responsible for managing various legal issues relating to marketing, advertising, promotions, digital, and consumer privacy.
Previously, Ms. Hirsch spent a decade at Unilever as senior marketing and regulatory counsel. She started her career as an associate in the New York offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
Ms. Hirsch graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School, where she was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She also has a B.S. in business administration and marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
