Jason Horowitz is the SVP of U.S. marketing and head of global media and digital at Mattel, where he leads all consumer and omnichannel retail marketing in the U.S., and media strategy and digital engagement globally.
Previously at Mattel, Mr. Horowitz was the SVP of Hot Wheels, which he grew through brand repositioning, digital content, and product innovations. He was also the SVP of global entertainment partnerships, responsible for managing relationships with entertainment license owners, held a variety of senior marketing roles for various brands and categories, and helped launch the company’s franchise development team. Before joining Mattel, Mr. Horowitz began his career as an associate producer at ABC Sports Online.
Mr. Horowitz received his bachelor’s from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
