Lissiah Hundley is the executive director of diversity & inclusion at Cox Communications. She leads the strategic development and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy. Ms. Hundley oversees the Employee Resource Groups and College Relations Program, and leads change efforts supporting the advancement of high performing talent inclusive of women and people of color. She works with the President and Chief People Officer to support Cox’s National Diversity Council. Ms. Hundley has 18 years of experience working with diverse segments and equal employment opportunity initiatives. She has managed technical and business operation centers in Jamaica and the Philippines. Ms. Hundley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She completed her Juris Doctorate degree at St. Mary’s Law School. Hundley is a board member of the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential, and is on the USBLN Disability Equality Index Advisory Committee.
