Ms. Janke is senior counsel, brand legal for Procter & Gamble, currently serving as counsel to the company’s North American baby care business. Before making the transition into the brand legal organization, Ms. Janke joined P&G in 2008 to work in the company’s transactions group, handling mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional work. She is passionate about people development as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives, co-leading the legal division’s recruiting committee and representing P&G as a 2017 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity fellow. Ms. Janke has served with multiple nonprofit boards and community service organizations, and currently focuses her volunteer efforts on supporting the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio, providing legal services to nonprofit organizations serving the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
