Doug Jensen is SVP, consumer relationship management (CRM), corporate marketing analytics, and innovation insights for The Estée Lauder Companies. In this role, Mr. Jensen develops and drives the marketing data and analytics strategy for the company. This includes overseeing marketing mix modeling and other productivity tools that help measure and track advertising and spend performance, global market share reporting, social media measurement, driving the company CRM and consumer data strategy, and innovation insights to insert consumer research into the company’s R&D process.
Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies, Mr. Jensen was VP, global analytics for Avon Products, Inc. He also led the analytics function of Primedia, now part of Source Interlink, and began his career in marketing analytics on the vendor side.
Mr. Jensen holds a bachelor’s in statistics and journalism/mass communication from Iowa State University.
