Doug Jensen
SVP, GTM Analytics & Activation and Learning COE / Estée Lauder

Doug Jensen is the SVP of go-to-market analytics and activation, as well as the Learning Center of Excellence, for The Estée Lauder Companies, where he oversees the creation of action plans that address changing consumer behavior and competitive threats and drives capability building and best practice adoption.

Previously, Mr. Jensen was the VP of global analytics for Avon Products, Inc., building the global analytics and reporting capability. He also led the analytics function for niche magazine publisher Primedia after beginning his career in marketing analytics on the vendor side, delivering statistical models for both Nielsen and Information Resources, Inc.

Mr. Jensen holds a bachelor’s in statistics and journalism/mass communication from Iowa State University.
