Erik is responsible for the strategic development and execution of all National and International brand elements that support overall business objectives and national calendar activities while driving integration and innovation along the way.  He is proud to lead a talented and dedicated team in all company advertising, in-store menu & merchandising, digital, mobile, social, public relations, diversity and media planning efforts.   The work of the Denny’s team and agency partners has resulted in recent Effie, Cannes Lion and Addy awards. A creative problem solver and strategic thinker, Erik has 20 years of experience in the marketing communications field holding leadership roles at notable advertising agencies such as DDB and FCB.  He led multiple initiatives for clients such as Capital One®, Yum! Brands®, Hampton® by Hilton, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, The Boeing Company, Hoover® and Buick®. Erik holds a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University.
