Melinda V. Johnson is the senior director of marketing for the North America retail hair business at Henkel, where she leads brand and go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing communications, and profit and loss management for the Schwarzkopf and göt2b brands.
Previously, Ms. Johnson was an assistant VP of marketing at L’Oréal, leading omnichannel marketing strategies for the L’Oréal Paris brand at Target and acting as business lead for the Softsheen-Carson portfolio. She started her career at P&G.
Ms. Johnson holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
