Suzanne Jones and her team leverage experiential marketing to build affinity for Hershey’s brands around the world. The Hershey Experience portfolio consists of world travel retail, owned and licensed partner retail and attractions; and brand and IP licensing globally.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Jones led global chocolate innovation for Hershey, which included the development of new product platforms within chocolate confectionery for Hershey’s North America and international regions.
Ms. Jones joined Hershey in 1996 as a sales representative. She has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-plus-year career with the company.
Ms. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from the Smeal College at The Pennsylvania State University.
