Chef Tiffany Jones was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Jones obtained a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Pastry Arts at the New York City Technical College and has a decade of professional pastry experience working at Michelin star restaurants such as Buddakakan, Morrimoto, Gotham Bar and Grill, and Aquavit. Her passion and love for pastries is inspired by a fusion of her Jamaican and Southern heritages, and her dessert style is a thoughtful integration of savory and sweet components. Jones is on a mission to make a name for herself in NYC by creating a joyful and memorable experience through baking and pastry. Currently she is the Executive Pastry Chef at Red Rooster Harlem.
