Christopher Karpenko leads brand evolution, customer engagement, and branded content for the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), overseeing brand marketing strategy and positioning. Most recently, he introduced the USPS B-to-B social media channel and content marketing program. He has led the development of proprietary, sales-enabling mobile apps, such as the Marketing Impact Calculator that measures the incremental impact of various media to overall ROI. Mr. Karpenko, whose initiatives support a $70-plus-billion industry, is a proponent for linking the physical and digital spaces and working to incorporate new technologies into an adaptive customer engagement model.
He holds an Executive M.B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business.
