Chris Karpenko is an executive director at the United States Postal Service, where he oversees the development and execution of national campaigns that position USPS as the partner of choice for consumers, commercial customers, and the mailing and shipping industry. 

 

Mr. Karpenko received his executive M.B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and is a Lean Six Sigma certified green belt.
