As one of the first mono employees, Erin has been an essential part of the agency vision and the development of simplicity and collaboration as guiding forces to mono’s approach. Her broad range of experience demonstrates her passion to take on big, complex, unique challenges and assignments, from driving change and innovation in established organizations like Target, Sperry and Harvard Business School, to building brands from the ground up with organizations like Angie’s, General Mills, and Phillips Distilling.
