Ruth Kim oversees legal services for FleishmanHillard. She has extensive experience in corporate, contracting, and communications law; she advises senior management at the intersection of law and business. Ms. Kim was previously general counsel for Valitás Health Services, Inc. a national health care firm that served hospitals, clinics, and government agencies. Prior to that, Ms. Kim was a corporate lawyer in private practice. Ms. Kim serves/has served on directors boards for Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis and St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation; is an active member of Danforth Plant Science Center Friends Committee, and past president of St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts. A member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, and Association of Corporate Counsel, she received Missouri Law Media’s 2013 Women’s Justice Award in Enterprise and St. Louis Business Journal and Assn. Corporate Counsel 2016 Visionary and Community Champion Award.
