Brittany Kirkland is a Global Digital Marketing Manager on the Analytics & Data team within Performance Marketing at IBM. Her team leads communications for the entire marketing organization, focusing specifically on campaign optimization in partnership with IBM's 6,000 global marketers. Brittany is also responsible for the worldwide roll out of IBM's new multi-touch attribution solution, which will allow for real-time optimizations to IBM's media mix in addition to tracking attribution for various channels and placements. Prior to IBM, Brittany led social media content and strategy for Verizon, encompassing both Wireless and FiOS campaigns. She focused mainly on sports and entertainment sponsorships and built programs with key business partners such as NFL, NBA, and network partners like FOX, NBC, HBO, and Showtime, among others. Prior to Verizon, Brittany was in account management on the Verizon account at Erwin Penland Advertising.
