Ram Krishnan is senior vice president of marketing, responsible for leading all brand marketing at Frito-Lay, including Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos and Cheetos. He has 17 years of experience as a marketer, market entry consultant and general manager in consumer-oriented business. He has a consistent track record of delivering strong business results across both durable and nondurable categories, all while developing high performance teams. Mr. Krishnan has broad experiences across business strategy, market entry, advertising and communication, profit and loss management, innovation, new product launches and insights. Prior to Frito Lay, he spent six years at Cadillac marketing where he launched and built Cadillac Escalade into a pop cultural icon and was part of the team that turned around the Cadillac brand in the U.S. In 2013 Mr. Krishnan was recognized by Business Insider as one of the 30 Most Creative Social Media Marketers. He sits on the PepsiCo-Muller JV marketing board and holds an M.B.A. and M.S. in mechanical engineering.
