Pat LaCroix leads Demand Generation at Bose, a cross functional global organization of subject matter Marketing experts responsible for driving positive growth, demand and affinity for Bose among consumers across the world via Advertising, Paid Media, Social Media and Partnerships.
Pat’s team is responsible for the comprehensive activation of global sponsorships and partnerships in sports, entertainment and health as well as paid media and social media. Pat and his team are responsible for leading key partnerships with the NFL, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport Formula 1 Team, U.S. Ski & Snowboard Association, as well as NBA and PGA Tour players, celebrities, and musicians. Recently, they have also added Esports partnerships to its portfolio by connecting Bose products to the gaming lifestyle.
In addition, Pat’s team supports consumer engagement platforms and experiential moments at premiere annual events including the Super Bowl, Golden Globes, Coachella, and the Masters.
Pat is also responsible for agency management and co-marketing programs with critically important technology and reseller partnerships.

- In 2019, Hookit’s Brand Score metric determining which brands “get the most bang for their sponsorship buck” rated Bose number one among all U.S. sports sponsors.
- In 2018, Pat was honored for his accomplishments by Sports Business Journal in its annual “Forty Under 40,” a list of the most influential sports executives under the age of 40
Prior to joining Bose, Pat served as a Sr. Advisor of Marketing at CVS Health and also held senior level advertising agency roles in the media departments of both Mediahub/Mullen and Havas Media servicing blue chip accounts such as Fidelity, Goodyear and National Geographic.
Pat currently resides in Westborough, MA with his wife, Tracy, and three young children Max (9), Abe (7) and Tess (4).
