Valerie Leach is director of brand management for Wyndham Rewards, the award-winning guest loyalty program of hotel giant Wyndham Hotel Group, overseeing marketing, strategy and member communications for the program and its portfolio of more than 30,000 hotels, condos and vacation homes. She joined Wyndham in late 2015 after serving nearly four years with leading digital agency MRM//McCann, most recently as senior account director, working with clients like Intel and Amazon Web Services. Prior to her time with MRM//McCann, Leach served in project management and client-services roles with corporate recognition provider O.C. Tanner and ad agency ThomasARTS. Leach is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She is based in Wyndham Hotel Group’s Parsippany, N.J., offices.
