Bradley (Brad) Lemons joined Nationwide in 2006 and has held various positions across actuarial, product and marketing analytics. Mr. Lemons currently serves as senior vice president leading Nationwide’s Enterprise Analytics Office. Through spending 25 years of his career with two large national companies, Bradley can take complex problems and develop simple action-orientated solutions that drive business value. His broad experience across multiple consumer segments and distribution models has helped him provide thought leadership in transforming businesses into higher-performing organizations while maintaining high team engagement.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Purdue University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), along with being a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Brad enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and being active in his church.
