Virginia Lennon has over 25 years of consumer market experience developing and executing research studies among Hispanics and other multicultural groups in the U.S. and countries across Latin America. As lead multicultural specialist, Virginia partners with Ipsos Connect clients to help them identify important trends and gain meaningful insights into reaching U.S. multicultural consumers. Ms. Lennon came to Ipsos OTX from Radio Unica Network. As vice president of research and planning there, Virginia helped launch the company and managed all facets of research and audience growth marketing efforts at the first nationwide Spanish-language radio network. Prior, she was VP at Advanced Analytical Systems, the media consultancy division of Symmetrical Resources/Simmons. Before joining Symmetrical/A2S, Ms. Lennon was at Telemundo, first in strategic planning and then as the director of programming research, where she designed and executed research efforts to aid in the development and marketing of Telemundo programming to all age groups. Virginia began her career in the Hispanic market at Univision Network, working in the integrated marketing department.
