Eliana Lesem has more than 20 years of experience advising multinational companies on advertising, unfair competition, consumer protection, antitrust, and data privacy issues. She represents the firm’s clients before the administrative competition authority INDECOPI, self-regulatory entities, and the judiciary. She has handled many of the leading cases defining the application of the law. Ms. Lesem is the Peruvian exclusive representative to the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance. She graduated from the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and holds an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law.
