As the first ever CMO for J&J's consumer brands, Alison Lewis oversees global capability building and digital and strategic consumer insights. She also leads the innovation pipeline development, working closely with the chief technology officer.
Ms. Lewis is credited with accelerating J&J's growth by evolving global, regional, and local organizational structures to build scale and relevancy. She was named a top 100 most influential marketer by The Internationalist and Cannes' Creative Marketer of the Year.
Previously, she worked at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held executive positions in the U.S. and Canada, and at Kraft Foods in Canada. Ms. Lewis has a bachelor's of commerce degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.
