Jim Lewis joined Kellogg Company in January, 2013. Before joining Kellogg, Mr. Lewis was a partner in the Denver and Washington, D.C. offices of what is now Squire Patton Boggs practicing primarily patent and trademark litigation and IP portfolio management. He holds Juris Doctorate and L.L.M. (Intellectual Property) degrees from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and a B.A. from Michigan State University. Jim oversees Kellogg’s global IP asset portfolio, IP disputes, and IP-related transactions. He works with colleagues in each of Kellogg’s global functions to create, grow and protect Kellogg’s iconic brands and to develop appropriate protections for Kellogg’s innovations.
