Melissa Lewis is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Target. She is responsible for managing the company’s ecosystem of marketing agency partners, including creative, media, experiential, influencer, communications, sports sponsorships and content publishing studios. Melissa oversees everything from the partner search process to contracts and negotiations, performance management and more. As part of her role connecting the right partners to the right work to benefit Target’s business, she is a curator of talent and has deep knowledge of industry happenings and trends. She has nearly 20 years of experience at Target, including a number of roles within Marketing and Merchandising.
