Maggie Lower is a business leader who combines the art and science of marketing to drive exceptional results for global brands. Ms. Lower is the chief marketing officer for TrueBlue. Since joining in 2018, she has focused on transforming TrueBlue’s digital, brand marketing, innovation and communications strategies to support the company’s family of staffing and workforce solutions brands. Maggie has extensive experience in brand awareness, market positioning, lead-generation and managing large, complex client relationships. Previously, she was responsible for the strategic development and execution of global marketing for Alight Solutions (and Aon Hewitt, its predecessor brand). During her tenure, Ms. Lower successfully increased brand awareness 29 percent among target decision-makers, increased qualified leads by seven times the initial goal and built a world-class marketing leadership team. She successfully fast-tracked the massive global rebrand for the firm, which was recently recognized in “The Global Outsourcing 100” as one of the world’s best outsourcing providers. Prior to Aon Hewitt, Maggie spent 15 years with Bank of America, leading development of go-to-market plans.
