BBDO is currently ranked No. 1 in the Gunn Report and the Directory Big Won. Mr. Lubar has been ranked the world's most award-winning creative director for the past two years.
BBDO was also recognized as the most effective agency network in the world in the inaugural Effie Effectiveness Index in 2011. BBDO had the No. 1 most popular commercial in the Super Bowl with Snickers in 2010 and M&M’s in 2012.
Mr. Lubars has personally won more than 70 Lions and over 100 One Show pencils. His BMW Films was the first-ever Titanium winner at Cannes and is part of MoMA’s permanent collection in New York City. He was named the winner of the 2007 Creative Leader Challenge, as chosen by the Wall Street Journal’s Creative Leaders. At Cannes, he’s served as chairman of the Titanium Jury and chaired the Film and Press Jury.
Before joining BBDO, Mr. Lubars was president of Fallon Worldwide and executive creative director of Fallon North America.
