Elliot Lum is the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Program Development for the Educational Foundation of the ANA, leading the organization's efforts to recruit exceptional students into the marketing and advertising industry. He previously worked at Columbia Records, where he forged marketing partnerships for some of the world's most popular recording artists, including Beyoncé, Tony Bennett, T.I., and One Direction. Elliot received his M.B.A. from MIT Sloan and earned a B.A. in art history from Columbia University. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Elliot is the author of "Entrepreneurial Confessions: How Young Founders Found Their Way," published in 2018.
