Kelly M. Lynch is the director of the Corporate and Student Relations Office (CSRO) with the Department of Supply Chain Management in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Lynch’s primary responsibility is to connect undergraduate students and employers. The CSRO partners with approximately 200 employers to help them enhance their message and visibility to students, faculty and staff. Kelly works with students to better prepare themselves for job opportunities that include co-ops, internships and full-time positions. Prior to coming to MSU in 2018, he spent over 28 years at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility and authority. Mr. Lynch’s last position at FCA was as the director of purchasing and supplier quality operations and integration, where he was responsible for integrating the global processes and systems used by FCA for the procurement of parts, capital expenditures and services. He retired from FCA in August 2017. Mr. Lynch earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from MSU in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration in materials and logistics management from MSU in 1986. Kelly and his wife Mary have been married for over 30 years and have three children.
