Nagisa Manabe, who reports directly to the Postmaster General, has led marketing and sales at USPS since May 2012. In her role, Ms. Manabe is responsible for the marketing, development, and management of all domestic and international products. She is also responsible for postal service pricing, channel access, global business, sales, secure digital solutions, and stamp services. Previously, Ms. Manabe served as vice president of new growth platforms at the Coca-Cola Company and as vice president of marketing for Diageo Guinness USA. Since beginning her career at Procter & Gamble, she has also held marketing and product development positions at Johnson & Johnson, Unilever Bestfoods North America, and Campbell’s. A graduate of Yale University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in economics and Japanese studies, Ms. Manabe also has an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
