Brenda Marshall is principal of global diversity solutions and leads the diversity and inclusion practice at Kelly Services. She is responsible for developing strategies, designing processes and building alliances that support the organization’s overall strategic direction for diversity and inclusion. Ms. Marshall joined Kelly Services in 1997 and brings over 21 years of business leadership and consulting experience in workforce management strategies, with 16 years as a diversity specialist. Throughout her career, she has established collaborative relationships that drive diverse participation in the talent/supply chain process and deliver innovative solutions to support Kelly and client initiatives. Brenda is president of the board for Diversity Information Resources and the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals. In addition, Ms. Marshall serves on the board of directors for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). In recognition of her leadership and commitment to the emerging business community, Brenda received the 2018 Women of Excellence Award by Michigan Chronicle; the 2018 Legacy Award by Great Lakes Women’s Business Council; the 2018 Top 100 Leaders in Diversity by Women’s Enterprise USA; the 2018 Jethro Joseph Advocate of the Year Award by MMSDC; and the 2017 Women Worth Watching Award by Profiles in Diversity Journal, to name a few.
