Kerri Martin’s parents knew she was destined for advertising when, by age 3, she started to memorize and sing every jingle she heard on television. After a 20-year career launching, reinvigorating and building many of the world’s most iconic motorcycle and automotive brands (Harley-Davidson, Volkswagen and Mini), the time came to pursue her other passion: wine. After graduating from the Culinary Institute in Napa and earning her certified sommelier honors, Ms. Martin jumped from client side to agency side to run the E. & J. Gallo Winery account at BBDO. In 2017, Ms. Martin was at a crossroads: head back to client side or stay agency side? She decided, why not both? Kerri joined The Clorox Company to lead the transformation of their in-house agency, the Electro Creative Workshop. A Midwest native, Ms. Martin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. After earning a One Show Gold Pencil for Client of the Year, she served on the board of directors of The One Club for Creativity, the first-ever “client” nominated to the board. Over the course of her career, Kerri has championed work that has won One Show Gold Pencils, Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Clios and Effie Awards.
