Kerri Martin’s parents knew she was destined for advertising when, by age 3, she started to memorize and sing every jingle she heard on television. After a 20-year career launching, reinvigorating and building many of the world’s most iconic motorcycle and automotive brands (Harley-Davidson, Volkswagen and Mini), the time came to pursue her other passion: wine. After graduating from the Culinary Institute in Napa and earning her certified sommelier honors, Ms. Martin jumped from client side to agency side to run the E. & J. Gallo Winery account at BBDO. In 2017, Ms. Martin was at a crossroads: head back to client side or stay agency side? She decided, why not both? Kerri joined The Clorox Company to lead the transformation of their in-house agency, the Electro Creative Workshop. A Midwest native, Ms. Martin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. After earning a One Show Gold Pencil for Client of the Year, she served on the board of directors of The One Club for Creativity, the first-ever “client” nominated to the board. Over the course of her career, Kerri has championed work that has won One Show Gold Pencils, Cannes Lions, Webbys, Clios and Effie Awards.
