With a passion for turnaround brands and strategic activation, Emily Martinez has consistently pioneered change across multiple beverage brands and categories in her brand management career. Shortly after graduating from DePaul University, Emily started at Kraft Heinz in the Beverages business unit, where she held positions of increasing responsibility for 4 years, ranging from management of complex categories (Liquid Concentrates, K-Cups) to iconic billion dollar brands (Maxwell House, Capri Sun, and Kool Aid). In May 2016, she went to MillerCoors to lead Miller Lite sports, holiday, and LGBTQ activation, moving to an elevated role managing the Miller High Life, Miller 64, and Miller Genuine Draft businesses 18 months later. In her current role as Customer Marketing Manager, she leads activation and category management initiatives for MillerCoors’ largest On-Premise Chain customers. Emily is also the Chicago Chapter President of MillerCoors’ LGBTQ employee resource group.
