Mainak Mazumdar is the chief data and research officer of Nielsen, where he leads data science, identity solutions, and AI initiatives and is responsible for product development. He’s also a member of the U.S Census Scientific Advisory Committee (CSAC), a board member of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), and a steering committee member of the University of Chicago Booth Business School’s Kilts Center of Marketing.
Previously, Mr. Mazumdar held data science leadership roles with GfK, Simulmedia, and Google (DoubleClick). He completed his M.A. and doctoral studies from Brown University.
