John McCormick is an associate in Fish & Richardson’s Boston office, where his practice focuses on supporting all aspects of a brand – whether that be trademark selection and clearance, branding, advertising, corporate due diligence, licensing, or enforcement in court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. McCormick worked as a trademark fellow for a Fortune 15 company. He worked as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge John M. Conroy while in law school.
Mr. McCormick performs pro bono work for a variety of charities and nonprofits, and serves as a trustee associate for the Nativity School of Worcester. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was the executive editor of The University of New Hampshire Law Review.
