In less than three years, Kerry has helped lead Mischief to be crowned both Ad Age Agency of the Year, Campaign Magazine Agency of the Year, Adweek’s Breakthrough Agency of the Year, and one of Fast Company's World’s Most Innovative Agencies. Mischief was also named among the top three Most Effective Independent Agencies at the Effie Awards.
Her superpower is surrounding herself with great talent and getting the hell out of the way of them doing amazing things. She has a habit of making order out of chaos and has a strict no jerks policy. (Those two are kind of linked.)
Kerry has spent her 15+ year career focused on making the impossible, possible™. She has built and led relationships with a wide range of clients including Tubi, Molson-Coors, Kraft Heinz, Tinder, eos, Burger King, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Netflix, Pfizer, and Harley-Davidson -- picking up a few Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, Clios, and Andy awards along the way. Kerry has always focused on mentoring and championing women, especially with a lens to DEI. In 2022, she was named an Ad Age Leading Woman.
When she's not kicking ass and taking names, she can be found hanging out with her five-year-old and her husband.
