Jen grew up outside of Detroit, Michigan USA and joined Procter & Gamble as a Purchases summer intern while studying at Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana USA) in 1997. In 1998 she graduated with a degree in Marketing and International Business and returned to P&G full time in the Snacks and Beverages organization. Jen has held a wide range of Purchasing roles in both direct and indirect materials across multiple GBUs. She started her career in packaging, buying nearly every material area at some point during her first 3 years (flexpack, labels, caps, bottles/jars, corrugate). From there she transitioned into commodities including Peanuts and later Pulp for Tissue/Towel. She came to the Marketing space in 2005 in North America Advertising Production and has since held roles managing various agency types from Public Relations to Advertising and many others. In 2010, Jen and her family moved to Moscow, Russia where she led the Central and Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa regional Marketing spending. In this role, she played a key role in the Russia program for the Sochi Olympics spending 3 weeks in Sochi hosting athletes and their families as they performed on the Olympic stage. Upon returning to the US in 2014, Jen took on leadership for all P&G Brand Building spending globally and has led the team to deliver over $2B in value generation since that time. She has a passion for the Brand Building space and loves having the opportunity to match P&G business needs with smart, strategic external partners. “People first” is her motto and she believes in prioritizing the growth and development of her team and the relationships with her external partners as the foundation for delivering exceptional results.

Jen lives in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, Scott, and her daughter Emily (18) and son Alex (16). When she is not spending time enjoying 2 busy teenagers, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading.
