With a background in journalism and a passion for creative storytelling, Dee has spent her entire agency career creating memorable and strategic brand stories for a diverse portfolio of national consumer and B2B clients, including CO-OP Financial Services/THINK, In-N-Out Burger, Hilton Hotels, Kawasaki Motorsports, Washington Mutual and Taco Bell. 

As a creative director for the past two decades, she has been at the forefront of promoting digital transformation across sectors, while orchestrating award-winning campaigns for dozens of iconic national brands. A self-proclaimed “human-centered creative,” McQuaide places empathy at the center of strategic problem solving and believes the successful marriage of data and creativity—the foundation of The Shipyard’s Marketing Engineering model—is paramount in creating relevant brand experiences. Throughout her career, she’s earned Cannes and Communication Arts recognition, numerous Addys and Clio awards and editorial coverage in Adweek’s “Best Spots,” Graphis and Mashable on behalf of her clients.
