Zach bleeds ketchup and mustard as a Director of Client Engagement on the Wendy’s account at VML-Kansas City. He has been a key member of the team that helped drive headlines surrounding the Wendy’s social voice and he has a special love for all sports marketing aspects of the Wendy’s business as well.
Before joining VML, Zach was an Account Director at Bernstein-Rein, spending the majority of his time focused on regional and national McDonald's work. During his time at BR, he was a key component of the agency's acquisition of McDonald's national TV and radio business. In addition to QSR business, Zach has also worked on a variety of national retail clients throughout his career.
Zach is a graduate of the University of Kansas with degrees in journalism/strategic communications and political science.
