Alicia Meulensteen has led direct response, operations and analytics programs at some of the nation’s most respected nonprofits for over 18 years. Ms. Meulensteen currently serves as senior director, direct marketing for the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she is spearheading a new business model for the U.S. program's digital and offline programs. Prior to the IRC, Alicia directed the growth of the ASPCA’s main monthly giving acquisition channels, including direct response television (DRTV), face to face and one-time donor conversion. She has served as chair of the ethics committee of the DMA Nonprofit Federation, a board member of the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association (DMFA) and she is a founding member of the Nonprofit Alliance. Ms. Meulensteen is a volunteer development officer for Carry the Future, a relief organization supplying refugee families with much-needed baby supplies, and the founder of Good Fundraising, LLC, a fundraising strategy agency. Alicia has a Bachelor of Arts in rhetoric from Bates College, where she was a competitive debater, and a Master of Public Administration from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
