Nicky Mezo has over 25 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience in the financial services sector. For the last eight years, she has worked at TD Bank in various senior roles. Her present role is vice president of marketing, personal and business banking.
Prior to joining TD Bank, Ms. Mezo worked for PayPal for six years as head of marketing for Canada. PayPal was a startup in Canada at that time and she was hired to create a high-performing marketing team to create and drive acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Before PayPal, Ms. Mezo spent almost 10 years working at American Express in various strategic marketing roles.
Ms. Mezo has a bachelor’s of commerce in marketing and international business from McGill University. She sits on two active boards: the Canadian Marketing Association and COSTI.
