Shawn Millerick oversees consumer, professional, and shopper marketing, as well as market strategy and operations. He joined Alcon in January 2012 as the director of shopper marketing and category insights for Alcon’s U.S. OTC business. In that role, he was responsible for starting up and leading shopper marketing, category insights, and customer strategy, as well as trade relations for Alcon. Previously, Mr. Millerick worked at P&G and Gillette, where he advanced through various roles of increasing responsibility. He completed his undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross and received an M.B.A. from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
