After volunteering to walk dogs for a local animal rescue organization, Jennifer jumped at the chance to work for the ASPCA and make an even greater impact on animals’ lives. Since late 2006 she has contributed to the success of the ASPCA’s life-saving programs through multiple roles, most recently overseeing the strategic direction of the monthly giving program. As the Director of Monthly Donor Cultivation and Retention, she is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the overall health of the monthly donor file of almost 400,000 sustainers. Through multi-channel marketing methods (telemarketing, website, email, SMS and mail), she sets and implements the retention, upgrade and recapture strategy for the Guardian monthly sustainer program.
