Steven Monteith is vice president of marketing for USPS, where he helps develop and implement strategies, policies, and programs that reflect the Postal Service’s emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service at every level of the organization.
Previously, Mr. Monteith acted as executive director, product management – mailing products and shipping services. He has also held numerous leadership positions in pricing, transactions and correspondence mail, Human Capital Enterprise System, customer services system support, and marketing analysis and support. Mr. Monteith began his postal career as a management intern performing various roles in operations, finance, marketing, and retail.
Mr. Monteith has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
