At Zumba®, Carolina Moraes leads the global communications of programs and benefits for the Zumba® brand. In collaboration with business owners, channel strategists and a full-service, in-house creative team, she’s tasked with managing brand positioning, perception, engagement and retention through strategic integrated marketing plans. Additionally, she ensures Zumba’s brand vision is activated and maintained through the Instructors Community. Prior to Zumba®, Ms. Moraes worked as a retail manager and as a consumer brand manager for Levi Strauss & Co., for over 6 years. There, she led retail marketing strategy and plan, as well as consumer marketing campaigns for the denim brand out of their European office in Brussels.
