Over the course of her career, Holly has helped grow Fortune 500 client businesses such as Burger King, Frito Lay and 7-Eleven on the agency side, with tools including everything from Direct Mail and Broadcast to digital and experiential.  In 2015 she defected to the dark side (Client) to help Hilton stand-up their first Personalization Decision Engine and has since gone on to lead that team into multichannel expansions with the ultimate goal of delivering all customers the most relevant, timely and consistent messages at every touchpoint.
